Monk Fruit Extract Mogroside V 50% is a standardized botanical sweetener derived from Siraitia grosvenorii fruit. With a Mogroside V assay of 48–52%, it contains a considerably higher concentration of the sweetening component than lower-strength monk fruit extracts, so formulators can use less while retaining a clean-label ingredient declaration.

The powder is made by water extraction, with at least 95% of its particles passing through 80 mesh to promote more consistent dry blending. Heavy-metal limits are low: Pb, As, and Cd are each ≤0.5 ppm, while Hg is ≤0.1 ppm. Pesticide residues conform to USP <36>, supporting its use in food and nutrition applications where quality requirements are stringent. It is suitable for sugar-reduction systems in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, flavored powders, and low-sugar formulation blends.
